Co-Founder & Managing Director
Originally from Macau, Bruno Pedruco Novo entered the real estate residential industry after graduating from Macquarie University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business.
Bruno rose through the ranks to become the youngest senior investment consultant, assisting many first home buyers and international investors by selecting growth corridors in Sydney. He saw this opportunity as a great way to gain an insight into the challenges and obstacles firsthand. He also learned everything about property investment that many Sydneysiders have experienced.
Bruno co-founded One Central Property. His vision is to inspire millennials to invest in their future through real estate. He aims to make every transaction, regardless of the geo-location, a successful and enjoyable process. Each interaction is more than just part of “making a deal.” Instead, it is the beginning of a relationship. It does not simply end with the signing of a contract.
Assisting clients from all around Australia and Asia-Pacific region, Bruno is an experienced investment consultant who enjoys presenting profitable investment opportunities.
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Joanne is the Operations Director of One Central Property and is the backbone of the business.
Having worked in finance for five years in Jersey, UK, and Australia, she moved to Australia to pursue a career in Property.
Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Property Valuation, Joanne is a motivated Assistant Residential Property Valuer. She puts every aspect of her experience and knowledge into finding the best-suited properties for our clients.
