I have always had the ambition to invest in property but always found myself time constrained with work. I realised it would be best for me to be guided by a team who had the expertise in real estate investment for young professionals. I am incredibly grateful to have signed up for the initial strategy session with Bruno and the One Central Property team who were incredibly professional and personal in understanding my circumstances. They make me feel as though I am one of their only clients when I know they have busy calendars. The diverse range of opportunities Bruno presented to me were brilliant and ones that I would have never found on my own. One Central Property are diligent in their property market research and insights across states, allowing our conversations to be constructive, objective, and informative. Given my time constrained schedule I have been very fortunate for their ability to coordinate majority of the communications and updating me on progress, ensuring that the buying process was on track and that I was always informed. I have recently settled on my first investment property that met all my requirements given my budget, which was tenanted after the first week of being listed on the rental market. I am really excited to prepare for the next property in the (hopefully) not too distant future.
