(ii) we reasonably believe that the overseas recipient is subject to a law or binding scheme that is, overall, substantially similar to the APP; and the law or binding scheme can be enforced; and 

(iii) the disclosure is required or authorised by an Australian law or court / tribunal order.

Your Personal Information will be processed or stored in Australia. In the event that your Personal Information is to be processed or stored overseas, we will not transfer your Personal Information unless we receive your consent. 

11. GDPR 

In some circumstances, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (the ‘GDPR’) provides additional protection to individuals located in Europe. The fact that you may be located in Europe does not, however, on its own entitle you to protection under the GDPR. Our website does not specifically target customers located in the European Union and we do not monitor the behaviour of individuals in the European Union, and accordingly the GDPR does not apply.
