Do I have to pay for furniture?
Will it be rented all year long?
Rental availability can vary by State or Region due to differing regulations on stay lengths and booking caps, which may limit year-round rentals.
What if I want to stay in the property?
You can book your stay through the property management portal. If you prefer a cleaning service after your stay, a cleaning fee may apply to prepare the property for the next guest.
What are the typical management costs?
Short-term rental management fees are generally around 22% plus GST. However, through our strategic partnerships, we offer our clients a reduced rate of 18% including GST. These fees are higher than long-term management fees due to the increased workload, and short-term managers are compensated per booking rather than monthly.
